Flushing Food Court: What a Great Deal
I went to Flushing to get my hair cut and I always plan it around lunchtime so I can get some good food nearby. Since my usual Flushing dining companions were all occupied, I did a solo meal from the food court at New World Mall where I parked. Instead of going for the typical hand-pulled noodles that I usually order, I decided to try out one of the Taiwanese places, I think it was A Zhong Taiwanese Cuisine. I had the Pork Chop over rice and it really reminded me of home. At $10 for the above pictured, it was such a great deal - the pork chops were thick cut and I was able to stretch this into 2 meals.
I also ordered the Rice noodles in minced meat, but I did not take a photo. It was okay and I was able to stretch that into 2 meals as well. I love the value you get from these places and the food is really great too.
Also got a milk tea to go because why wouldn’t I?
